Group support,
for teams and communities

Your team has an issue that keeps coming back and never gets closed. Here you work through it with the wheel: eight steps led by an agent, all the way to the map everyone recognises as their own.

How it works

Four moments

1 · You convene

You give the group a name, state the stuck issue and add the team's emails (5 to 8 people, you included). Everyone gets a personal invitation.

2 · The group talks, by voices

The room is asynchronous: everyone joins when they can. Contributions are anonymous by default — a stable voice, no name — and anyone can sign theirs whenever they choose. The agent leads the process, one step at a time; it doesn't replace anyone on the team — it replaces the facilitator.

3 · The map

The central result is the map of the issue: the picture that gathers every position and isn't closed until each person says "yes, I'm in it". It is the only thing that leaves the room.

4 · From map to change

With the map in hand, the wheel goes on: you name the loops, decide with care watching who will be affected, make a small dated plan and try it in the real world. You learn from what happens — and the wheel can turn again.

The method

A holistic method

Most teams skip steps: they decide before understanding each other, they make deals without looking at who gets hurt — and that's why the same issue always returns. The wheel takes them in order: four stops to consolidate and four moves to advance.

stops: consolidate before moving on moves: the work that turns the wheel

And the working wheel is only the first of six lenses from the same model — six ways of looking at a team so that no dimension is left behind. This tool turns the first one; the other five guide the agent from within, and they are on their way:

Workingthis wheeltackling a complex challenge from top to bottom
Listeningknowing how people really are and what the facts say
Learningso knowledge doesn't leave with whoever leaves
Looking fara shared big picture everyone can explain
Opening updeciding what is yours, what you share and how you show yourselves
Knowing who you areconnecting what you do with what you want and what sustains you

The wheel is the Application Method of the Meta-Globàlium (Opengea SCCL), the same model behind cures.cat's relational therapy — here at its original scale: teams and communities.

Quick check

Twelve questions to see how you're doing

Answer them thinking of your team — alone or together, which is when they say the most. Wherever the "no" answers pile up, those are the lenses you need. Nothing is sent anywhere: the result is computed right here.

Do we know where we're going — and would everyone explain it the same way?

What we decide — does it get done, and does it take root?

Can people say what they think without fear?

When something goes wrong, do we learn from it — or cover it up?

Do newcomers quickly learn "how we do things here"?

Do we know how people are doing — before they burn out?

Is it clear what belongs to everyone, and who takes care of it?

Do we explain what we do to the outside, clearly and without embarrassment?

Can each person bring their best talent into play?

Do our rules help — or get in the way?

Do we have real allies beyond our walls?

Does the daily work bring us closer to what we dream of?

The lenses you need

Whatever the result, here you always start the same way: turning the wheel on the issue that came to mind while you answered. The other lenses — the agent is already wearing them.

Convene your group

The rule that holds it all

If you convene your team, this is everything you will receive

You will receive the group's map: the one the team builds together at step 3 of the wheel, once the group agrees it is done. It is the same map everyone sees.

You will receive nothing else. No individual summaries, no per-person metrics, no transcripts. Nor will you know who has taken part and who hasn't: you invite the whole team, and the tool will never tell you who has logged in, when, or how much. In a company, knowing who hasn't logged in is already information about a person.

Contributions inside the space are unsigned, unless the person who makes one chooses to sign it. And if someone on the team asks to delete their data, it is deleted without owing anyone an explanation.

This is not a limitation: it is the product. A team only speaks plainly when it knows that what is said never travels upwards with a name attached.

Commitments

Privacy, by construction

Four guarantees that don't depend on anyone's goodwill: they are wired into the design of the tool.

Anonymous voices

Each person is a stable, unnamed voice. Not even the agent knows who is behind each voice.

No participation records

Nobody — including the convener — ever receives information about who has joined, written or stayed silent.

A real right to be forgotten

Anyone can delete their account and their contributions instantly, no explanations owed. The whole group is deleted with the agreement of two people.

Let's begin

Convene your group

One group, one issue. You add the emails and each person decides whether to join. Invitations go out once you confirm your own email.
